1.Who this binds
This agreement is between PENDING_SECP_REGISTERED_NAME and the organisation that lists an event on SceneOnHe. It applies from the moment you submit an event for publication and continues while you have live listings or unsettled balances. It sits alongside the buyer Terms of Service, which you should read because they define what a buyer is promised.
2.Verification before you can sell
Money cannot be paid out to an unverified organisation, and an unverified organisation cannot publish a paid event. Verification requires:
- your registered legal name, as it appears on your incorporation certificate;
- your National Tax Number, and your provincial sales-tax registration where you have one;
- a CNIC of the person authorised to act for the organisation;
- an NTN certificate and a bank account letter showing the account title and IBAN;
- a payout account held in the organisation's name — not a personal account.
We review submissions manually. You must keep these details accurate; if your NTN or payout account changes, your verification reopens for review, because a payout destination is precisely the thing a compromised account would try to change silently.
3.Your obligations for each event
- You have all permissions, licences and rights needed to run the event — venue, artists, music, noise, safety and any local authority permission.
- The event page is accurate: the date, venue, line-up and ticket entitlements are what a buyer will actually receive. A misleading event page is grounds for suspension and refund liability.
- You honour the published refund rules, including full refunds when you cancel and refunds on request when you postpone or materially change an event.
- You operate the door honestly: scanning is per-entry, tickets are only invalidated through the scanning app, and cash-at-door orders are confirmed in the console — never treated as a gate scan.
- You comply with the law, including consumer protection, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations applicable to you.
4.Fees and what you receive
The platform fee is 4.50% of face value and is charged to the buyer on top of the ticket price — you receive the full face value of every ticket sold. We do not deduct it from your payout, and we do not add any listing, setup or monthly fee.
Payment processing is charged to the buyer at cost on the method they choose. For bank transfer and cash at the door there is no processing fee, because no payment provider is involved.
5.Settlement
We hold collected funds and settle to the verified payout account. Because no payment provider is wired in yet, settlement is initiated and confirmed by an operator rather than on an automated schedule; you can see every completed order, every refund and the deduction lines that produced your net figure in the console.
Settlement is reduced by refunds and chargebacks attributable to your event. We will not deduct amounts unrelated to your events, and any adjustment must appear as a line item you can inspect — a payout that silently differs from the console is a bug we will correct, not a term of this agreement.
6.If an event is cancelled or postponed
If you cancel, buyers are refunded in full including the platform fee and processing fee, and any settlement already paid to you becomes recoverable. If you postpone, buyers who cannot attend the new date are entitled to a full refund.
Tell us as early as you can. The cost of a refund handled before the event is far lower than one handled at the door, and the buyers who are most understanding are the ones told first.
7.Chargebacks and disputes
A buyer disputing a charge is answered with evidence, not refusal: we hold the order record, the payment reference, the ticket issuance and the scan history. Where a chargeback is upheld because an event did not run or admission was refused without justified cause, the amount is recoverable from your settlement.
8.Suspension and termination
We may suspend a listing or an account where verification fails, where an event appears not to be genuine, where refund obligations are not met, or where the law requires it. Except in cases of fraud or a legal obligation, we will tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to respond.
On termination, we settle amounts already collected for events that have taken place, honour refunds for events that will not, and retain records for as long as the law requires.
9.Indemnity and responsibility
You indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your event, your event page, your breach of this agreement, or your failure to hold the permissions an event requires. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own negligence or breach.
We provide the platform with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but where an outage of ours causes a sale to be processed incorrectly we will correct the record and the settlement.
10.Data and confidentiality
We give you the buyer information you need to run your door and honour your obligations — and no more. You may use it only for that event, and may not add buyers to your own marketing list, sell the data, or retain it after the event beyond what the law requires.
11.Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with the courts at Islamabad, Pakistan having jurisdiction. Notices to us go to legal@sceneonhe.com.
