1.These terms
These terms govern your use of SceneOnHe ("we", "us", "the platform") and every ticket you buy through it. By buying a ticket or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.
SceneOnHe is operated by PENDING_SECP_REGISTERED_NAME, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under number PENDING_SECP_CUIN, with its registered office at PENDING_REGISTERED_OFFICE_ADDRESS.
2.Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a ticket without a parent or guardian. Where an event has its own age restriction, the stricter rule applies and the organiser may refuse entry without a refund.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, email and phone number you give us. Tickets are bound to the details on the order: if your email address is wrong, you will not receive the ticket, and we cannot find it for you without verifying ownership of the order.
Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for purchases made through your account unless you tell us it has been compromised.
3.Our role — we are the organiser's agent, not the promoter
SceneOnHe provides ticketing and payment collection on behalf of the organiser who runs the event. The contract for the event itself — admission, the performance, the venue, the standard of what you are sold — is between you and that organiser. The organiser's name is shown on every event page and on your ticket.
This matters in practice. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, the organiser owes you the refund described in clause 6; we collect and return that money on their behalf. We hold the funds we collect for organisers in a dedicated settlement account and pay out only after the deductions shown on your receipt.
4.Pricing and fees
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include the amounts shown at checkout before you pay. Our current platform fee is published at /pricing and is charged to the buyer on top of the ticket face value; the organiser receives the full face value.
Payment processing is charged at cost on the method you actually choose — card 2.95%, wallet 2.20%, Raast 0.60%, bank transfer no processing fee. We do not markup processing.
Provincial sales tax applies to our platform fee, not to the ticket price, and is already included in the published percentage. It is not added at checkout.
We never accept a price from your browser. Every total is recalculated on our server from the published rate card at the moment of purchase. If a page ever displays a total that differs from what is charged, the server total is the price and we will tell you before taking payment.
5.Paying
Card, wallet and Raast. When these rails are open, a ticket is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms the charge. A return to our confirmation page is not proof of payment; we verify it with the provider before issuing tickets.
Bank transfer and cash at the door. These are manual rails: no payment provider is involved and nothing is captured automatically. Your seats are held for 48 hours. If we have not confirmed receipt within that window the hold is released and the order is closed automatically — you will not be charged and you will not be guaranteed the seats. Cash at the door is collected at the gate and confirmed by the organiser; it is never treated as a gate scan.
Only one live payment attempt can exist per order. This is enforced in the database, not by the interface, so a double click or a second tab cannot charge you twice.
6.Refunds, cancellations and event changes
The refund rules are published at /refund-policy and form part of these terms. In summary:
- You cancel: refunds are available within the window stated on that page. The processing fee your provider already charged us cannot be recovered and is not refunded.
- The organiser cancels: you are refunded the full amount you paid, including our platform fee and the processing fee.
- Postponement or a material change: you may choose a refund of the full amount if you cannot attend the new date, venue or line-up.
- Decision deadline: we answer refund requests within 72 hours of receiving them.
Refunds return to the original payment method. For bank transfers and cash, refunds are made by transfer to the account the money came from, which is why we ask for the payer's details.
7.Tickets and entry
Each ticket carries a unique signed QR code that rotates, so a screenshot of someone else's ticket does not get you in. Each ticket admits one person once. Once scanned, it is spent.
You may transfer a ticket where the organiser allows it. Transfers must happen through the transfer flow in your account so the ticket's ownership record stays accurate. Tickets sold outside that flow — including to a stranger for cash — may not be honoured, and we cannot recover your money if they are not.
The venue may refuse entry for reasons within its control: intoxication, prohibited items, a breach of the venue's rules, or failure to meet the event's age restriction. That is a matter between you and the organiser and does not create a right to a refund from the platform.
8.Using the platform fairly
You agree not to:
- buy tickets through automated means, scripts or bots, or in breach of per-order limits;
- buy with the intent of resale at a markup, or advertise resale on a channel we have not approved;
- submit false buyer, attendee or identity information;
- attempt to interfere with, probe or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data;
- use stolen card or wallet credentials, or attempt to reverse or dispute a charge for a ticket you received.
We may cancel orders and suspend accounts that breach this clause. Where an order is cancelled for abuse, we may refund it less the processing costs we have already incurred, and we will tell you why.
9.Organisers
Organisers are separately bound by the Organiser Agreement, including the obligation to complete identity and business verification (KYB), to hold the necessary permissions and licences for their event, and to honour the cancellation and refund rules above.
10.Our responsibility, and its limits
We are responsible for running the platform with reasonable skill and care: accurate pricing, verifiable tickets, correct settlement to organisers, and protection of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the event itself, for the venue, or for an organiser's failure to perform — those are the organiser's obligations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where we are liable to you, our liability for any one order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order, except where the law provides otherwise.
11.Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something genuinely outside our control — including a failure of the payment provider, a national network or power outage, a natural disaster, civil disturbance, or a government order. This does not reduce an organiser's refund obligation under clause 6.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page always identify the text in force. Material changes are notified to registered users by email before they take effect, and any purchase is governed by the version in force at the time of that purchase.
13.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Before starting formal proceedings, please write to legal@sceneonhe.com — most disputes are an order number and a payment reference away from being resolved.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the courts at Islamabad, Pakistan have jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents you from using a consumer-protection forum available to you under Pakistani law.
